Lake Front Home, Lake Sunapee, New Hampshire - Home Remodel

This project involved the removal of an old screen porch and exterior first floor walls and expansion of footprint to create a new kitchen area. The impressive new kitchen was subsequently featured in LaValley's Building Supply TV ads. Also included was support of the second floor during construction and re-pouring of concrete foundation walls to correct structural problems discovered during construction with new foundation poured where needed; new kitchen, deck, front porch and rehab of the entire exterior lake side of the house. A remodel of the upstairs master bath was completed along with gutting the first floor, re-frame, re-plywood and re-floor. Custom cabinetry was constructed in both rooms under the stairs to utilize previously unused space.
