Frank is an honest man who will not hesitate to tell you when something can/cannot be done or if something is changed, he will give you a good estimate to how much the change will add to the costs. He will not make any changes without consulting you. He will work at trying to stay within your budget.

I kept making changes through my project but I never went forward without knowing how much the changes were going to cost me. Frank's employees are very skilled and also very neat. We never had a problem with errant nails in the driveway.

As for the work itself I have been told by others in the trades what a great job Wiggins Construction did on my house. If you want to see my house ask Frank and he will walk you through. As for completion time, our project took place during a rough winter but Wiggins Construction powered through the snow completing our project in the time frame that was expected!
