Frank Wiggins was recommended to us by our next door neighbor, who has known him for many years. Frank took on our project when other contractors we had interviewed would not return our calls (despite OUR calling them back several times).

From the very beginning, Frank and his crew were polite and honest about the time and costs involved, realistically juxtaposing our desires with practical solutions. We could not have been happier with his crew, working on our project. They arrived on time every day, in the rain, the heat, and once or twice, in the snow, worked hard and thoughtfully all day and cleaned up the work site, as much as possible, each day. They were very knowledgeable and consulted us on design aspects, giving expert advice on changes whenever something we had proposed was, perhaps, not going to look right or work well. They used high quality materials and made excellent recommendations of "maintenance free" options for various areas within the project. THEY DID NOT CUT CORNERS !

We are extremely pleased with the out come and LOVE the new additions to our home. We will use Frank Wiggins Construction again and would highly recommend them to anyone in the New London / Mount Sunapee / Claremont area. Frank's motto is so true : Quality doesn't cost, it pays.
