Otter Pond, New London, NH - Frank and Michele ~ (8) images Major Remodel. As their family grew, Frank and Michele initiated work in four stages. Initially, a small bunkhouse was rebuilt from the remains of a summer camp cabin. Subsequently, planned renovations to just the second floor expanded to a complete gut down to the studs of existing gambrel, new first floor master bedroom, master bathroom, powder room in entry area, add three dormers to street-side second floor, second floor dormer to upstairs bedroom lakeside, entertainment room dormer overlooking lake, new slider onto new deck, new 22' x 22' screen porch overlooking lake, new stairs from lawn to dock area. The final stage involed complete gut of kitchen and living areas, a 38' x 12' two story addition/expansion of living area, new deck, and new office, bathroom, and two bedrooms in lower level.
